A new chapter of movement, strength, and recovery in the gym.
Saturdays | 9:45 – 10:45 am
These classes are thoughtfully designed to directly support climbers and active people. Expect a purposeful vinyasa-style flow that builds functional strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness — all of which translate directly to better movement on the wall and a more resilient body outside the gym.
For a change of pace, on the final class of each month, we’ll slow things down with a yin-style session focused on long-held, passive poses to promote deep tissue release and nervous system regulation — the perfect complement to hard training and busy schedules.
Jess teaches with detailed, clear cueing to create an aligned, accessible practice. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or simply move and reset, options will always be offered.
You’ll leave feeling warm, balanced, and restored — not drained.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
