This class combines basic yoga postures and breathing to lengthen and release tight muscles and improve balance with traditional conditioning exercises using light weights and bands to strengthen bones and tone the body. Please dress comfortably and bring your own mat, 2-5lb weights and exercise band or strap.
Suitable for all exercise levels.
It is recommended you see a physician before beginning any exercise program.
