We are holding our first ever Whiskey Tasting dinner!
Nigel Manley will be speaking about four different whiskeys which he has paired with each course. He will speak about each whiskey giving facts and history to go with all of them.
An excellent way to learn about Irish whiskey and have fun too! Between tastings there will be Music from Dennis Cote

We will be serving:
- Appetizer- Harman’s Smoked Cheddar with Castleton Maple Crackers
- Salad- Spring Mix with red onion, granny smith apples, Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese and our own maple balsamic dressing
- Main- Your choice of either Guinness Corned Beef Stew or Potato Leek Soup (vegetarian) with a side of Irish Soda Bread
- Dessert- A Chocolate Guinness cupcake with Bailey’s Irish Cream Buttercream*
