Integra Healing Arts is a space to support people in their wellness in Littleton’s Tannery building. Owner and practitioner Lynne Grigelevich, former Executive Director of Theatre UP, has worked with friends & clients for more than three decades through practices that support wellness in body, mind & spirit. She holds a Masters in Education, is certified as a Reiki Level II Master, Crystal Healer & Intuitive Coach, and spent 30 years in the education & nonprofit worlds. She now welcomes clients who would like to work with her to support their awareness, healing & growth.

“Our wellness comes not just from physical health, but from mental and spiritual health as well. To be wholly healthy, we must tap into that awareness and tend to all three aspects of our being. When we do, we become more peaceful, more congruent, more connected & more at ease,” says Lynne. Services include: Reiki Healing; Coaching; Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing; Tarot & Oracle Guidance, and Numerology Charts.

More and more people are turning to Reiki to manage stress, anxiety, sleep issues and even chronic pain. This practice is expanding into clinical and work environments, appearing in hospital wellness programs, cancer treatment centers, and corporate settings as complementary support. Reiki is a gentle approach that provides not only relaxation but opportunity for emotional regulation & even personal growth. Lynne’s approach to Reiki is to first listen to her client and explain the process before conducting a session. Afterwards, she reviews both what she and the client noticed. This shifts the experience from transactional to relational, and those who know Lynne know that she is deeply invested in her relationships with others.

All services are priced affordably to ensure they are accessible for those interested in working with Lynne. Making space for wellness is so important and has the potential to be life changing. For in-person appointments, Integra Healing Arts’ studio is on the top floor of the Tannery building. Virtual appointments are also available for some services.
