Farm stand is open 8-5:30/365. Eggs, meat and goat cheese are always in stock and veggies come and go with the seasons. For now, our stand is still open on a self-service basis, 8-5:30, with the following thoughts: -only one person in the stand at a time. -please use the hand sanitizer and wipes on surfaces you touch or intend to touch. -Please be mindful of other customers and filling your bag. We have currently limited eggs purchases to 2 dozen. -We will be monitoring the stand and sanitizing all surfaces multiple times throughout the day Meadowstone Farm is a small, diverse farm located in Northern New Hampshire with a long history. Originally homesteaded by the Cole family in the mid-1800's, it remained in their family as a cow dairy until the early 1950's. John Cole was well known throughout the area for his horse teams and the work he did with them. Ray Little bought the farm in 1956 and ran it as a dairy until the late 70's. Lyle and Rachel Whitcomb in 1982, who, while running a hardware store, a roofing business and raising four children managed to grow vegetables and keep...

Member-owned Littleton Consumer Cooperative Society, Inc. strives to serve the North Country of New Hampshire and Northeast Kingdom of Vermont by providing a broad range of high quality food products, offered at a fair price, with outstanding service. The Co-op exists to serve its members, not to make a profit for a large corporation. While membership is not required to shop at our store, our member-owners help govern the Co-op by electing our Board of Directors annually and contributing in other ways – from suggesting items for the store to serving as volunteers on Co-op committees. Our members also help us maintain the Co-op’s mission of supporting local growers and producers, encouraging healthy life choices, and promoting environmental sustainability locally. The movement to bring a regional cooperative food store to Littleton began in early 2006. The initial informational meeting, called by Co-op President Jeffrey Wheeler and Vice President Michael Claflin, drew an enthusiastic crowd of more than 300 people from Littleton and surrounding towns in both New Hampshire and Vermont. The Littleton Food Co-op Store opened in May, 2009. Our 13,500 square-foot store is located at the intersection of Route 302 and Cottage Street, making it convenient to both Littleton’s...

My love of photography initially stemmed from a long involvement with oil painting. The creative working and re-working with oils to produce different results never ceased to amaze me. I've found that a digital darkroom has similarities to the magic of oils, and I enjoy painting with light as much as I did with a brush and canvas. I draw inspiration from my love of the expansive wilderness that we have here in New Hampshire. Waterfalls and craggy ridges are among my favorite subjects, especially those long forgotten by many and far off the beaten path.
