NCCA is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our growing, year-round organization in beautiful Lincoln, New Hampshire. This role is central to the audience experience, overseeing all public-facing operations during performances while also providing box office and administrative support during non-show hours.
The Front of House Manager serves as the primary House Manager during performances, welcoming guests and overseeing ushers, box office, concessions, and lobby operations. This position works closely with Stage Management to open the house, start the performance, manage intermission, and close down the theatre and building at the end of the night.
To support flexibility and sustainability, the Front of House Manager also oversees and trains Assistant House Managers, who are able to independently run certain performances. This structure allows the role to maintain leadership oversight without requiring the Front of House Manager to be present at every single performance throughout the year. During non-performance hours—particularly when the box office is open but not busy—this position will staff select box office shifts, serving patrons in person and by phone while also assisting with administrative office work.
15 – 25 hours a week, with room to grow. Starting salary of $18 – 20 per hour. Please send application to [email protected].
