About the organization:
The North Country Chamber Players are an ensemble of musicians presenting world class chamber music concerts, on a Pay-What-You-Wish basis, and many free education and outreach programs for children and adults of every demographic at schools, community centers, summer camps, libraries, and local businesses throughout the North Country.

The North Country Chamber Players have been impacting the North Country for over forty-five years and look to new and innovative ways to expand the cultural reach of their programs and deepen their relationships with donors, audience members and local partner organizations.

To culturally enrich the communities of Northern New Hampshire, and the surrounding areas, through high quality performances of the chamber music repertoire, and through creative, interactive educational and community outreach programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
4+/- hours per week.
Flexible hours and must be able to work independently yet part of a team.
Work closely with the Managing Director, and some interface with supporters and volunteers.
Hybrid work environment: remote and office option.
Assist in Bookkeeping functions relative to regular accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking.
Manage timely donor thank you’s.
Manage donor data input into Customer Relationship Management system.
Miscellaneous projects to include: community communication initiatives and tracking of data.

Skills and Competencies Required
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Comprehensive, basic technical and technological acumen.
Proficient communication skills – interpersonal, verbal, and written.
Strong interpersonal skills – adaptable, collaborative, friendly.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Familiarity with Neon One CRM would be helpful yet not mandatory; will train.

Salary Range
$25 per hour.
