Fun + creative yoga flows that’s suitable for all levels lead by Chelsey LaFluer, a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher with additional training in social-emotional learning.
Currently on hold: FAMILY Yoga -A fun and creative energizing vinyasa-style yoga flow. Bring your little yogi with you to class. This will be a laid back environment, your child will be free to roam the studio while you practice. The kids are not expected to practice with you, but hopefully they will be inspired to join!
Kid-friendly terminology and movement will be used in this class. Let your little one see you celebrate what your body can do. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
All levels welcome!
