For those who love to dance but think you can’t or want to do something for themselves…
We’ll show up and move our bodies safely with an emphasis on there being no “perfect” way to. This is a class for those less experienced or maybe a little uncomfortable moving with lots of people around but want to just move and have fun.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
up to 8 people
Modifications and advancements/challenges
Slower pace, low impact (but you will feel it and sweat because that’s a good thing)
Moves broken down to understand the how and why
Mental exercise
Encouragement, Positive energy, Support, Laughter, and more.
This is a 4 weeks a month session. Please no kids as we want this time and space to be a moment for you.
