Our Dining Experience emphasizes a simple, comfortable approach to food. We use fresh ingredients gathered from the local area to offer a memorable experience for each and every guest. Chef Herb Will takes pride in keeping all his dishes tasteful and appealing. Join us in our pub for casual, relaxed dining with your choice of three New Hampshire Draft Beers, and Guest Ale (currently London Pride from Fullers Brewery in England!) Additional casual dining is available in the Snug. The Snug is named after the private back room of a pub in England, where the village Policeman or vicar could have a quiet drink out of site from the public. For more elegant dining, take a seat in our Dining room with spectacular views of the White Mountains. The Tavern and Restaurant are open 5-8 pm Thursday and Sunday and 5-9 pm on Friday & Saturday Chef Herb also runs a special entree each weekend; recent Specials have included curried lamb short-ribs, crab cakes and Chicken St.George.
