The Inn, Tavern and Dining Room are currently closed for our annual spring closure. We will reopen for the summer season on Friday, May 27.
The Dining Room and Tavern will return to normal summer hours Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The land on which the inn sits previously functioned as a farm as far back as the 1830s. During the early part of the 20th century a greenhouse on the property provided fresh vegetables to the Profile House Hotel located in Franconia Notch. It is with recognition of this prior function that the menu for the inn was created.
The dining experience emphasizes simple, fresh ingredients gathered from local producers, thoughtful preparation and memorable presentation in an inviting setting. We pride ourselves in keeping our dishes tasteful and classic.
The Dining Room and Tavern serve both food and beverage. Each room is wrapped in warm pine paneling with wood burning fireplaces and French doors opening to our large Dining Terrace and expansive and serene back lawn.
During the warmer months, dining al fresco on the Dining Terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal. In addition, a Kitchen Garden with garden seating is being planted directly off the Dining Terrace. The Kitchen Garden will provide a memorable dining experience as well as further our commitment to a thoughtful relationship between people and their food.
