Chef Orlo Coots joined the Adair "family" in April 2010 and brings over 25 years of experience to Adair Country Inn & Restaurant. Orlo has been featured as a chef in the Boston Globe, Arrington's Inn Traveler magazine and has been featured on TV Diner's "Cooking with Costa" segment on NECN-TV.". Hours: Open Thursday thru Monday. Reservations 5:30 - 8:30pm. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunday Brunch possible. Group dinners and luncheons up to 33 people.
