Bishop's started churning out premium homemade ice cream in 1976 and has been attracting visitors from around the block to around the world ever since the first creamy scoop. Coming to Bishop's is like coming home to New England: treats made from the freashest ingredients, a colorful indoor cafe or outdoor picnic tables, a back porch, and cheerful servers- local high school and college students with smiles that say "Welcome home...to Bishop's!"
